Provides regular admission for students (now including college) to all programs. Does not include the Moving Mountains Symposium or the Closing Picnic & Awards Ceremony. Please note that Symposium tickets are not available individually for purchase. In order to attend the Symposium, you must have a Wilson or higher-level pass. To upgrade to a Wilson, the cost is $95.00. In addition to the Symposium, a Wilson pass entitles you to attend the Closing Picnic & Awards Ceremony.
Student Passes may only be purchased via email and by phone. To expedite the process please use your student email address, (if you have one), to send the following information to passes@mountainfilm.org:
-Full Name of Student
-Billing Address (Address used for credit card payment) & Hometown
-Phone Number
-Headshot Photo for Pass
-Affiliated School and Copy of Student ID
-Age of Student (if under 18 years old)

- PLEASE NOTE: Mountainfilm does not sell guaranteed seats. All pass holders (except Patrons) must stand in line for admission to theaters and are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- “Movies That Matter” Student Program: May 24 – 27 at the Mountainfilm Festival
Student Pass holders who would like to watch films with their peers, meet festival guests, and participate in group discussions about “Movies That Matter,” are invited to sign up in advance for this free program. The students will meet with a Mountainfilm Guide for one or two films and events each day and be on their own to enjoy the rest of the festival.
Space is limited and should be reserved. Scholarships for Student Passes may be requested, and a schedule for the weekend will be published the week before the festival.
Meals and housing are not included, nor is chaperoning outside of scheduled program events.
